HSEQ

Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

Safety is the first consideration in every plan we make and every job we execute. Our goal is zero harm to people, assets and the environment.

Our Pillars

Four pillars, one standard

Health

We provide safe and healthy work conditions, occupational health monitoring and welfare support for every worker on our sites.

Safety

Zero harm is our ultimate goal. We identify, assess and control risks proactively and promote a strong safety culture across all levels.

Environment

We minimize our environmental impact, comply with applicable environmental laws and promote sustainable practices and resource efficiency.

Quality

We deliver quality in every project, adhere to international standards and best practices and continuously improve our processes and systems.

Training & Awareness

We provide regular training to build competence and HSEQ awareness.

Safety Culture

Toolbox talks, stop-work authority and visible leadership at every level.

Emergency Response

Documented emergency plans, drills and trained response teams on every site.

Quality Control

We ensure quality at every stage through inspection and testing.

Incident Reporting

Transparent reporting, investigation and lessons learned shared across the business.

Our Commitment

What management commits to, in writing

Crew Re-al Technical Limited maintains a documented HSEQ management system aligned with international standards and applicable Nigerian regulatory requirements.

Protect lives and assets

Comply with legal and other requirements

Continual improvement of our HSEQ management system

Deliver value to our clients and stakeholders

Stop-work authority

Every person on a Crew Re-al site — employee, subcontractor or visitor — has the authority and the obligation to stop work when a task cannot be completed safely. No schedule pressure overrides that right.

Work only resumes after the hazard is controlled, the method is re-briefed and the supervisor confirms the crew understands the revised plan.
